At Thrive Nest, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products. Due to our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items.

1. No Physical Returns

✅ Thrive Nest does not accept returns due to international fulfillment logistics.

✅ If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

✅ Refunds or replacements are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

✅ To request a refund or replacement, email info@thrivenestshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

3. Refund Process

✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

✅ If a replacement is requested, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

❌ Opened supplements, hair care, coffee or skincare products. 

❌ Items purchased with final sale discounts.
